Have you bought a cartridge and haven't been able to print because it gave you an error?
Although it is always inopportune and frustrating, it happens often and is not exclusive to compatible ones, it also happens to original ones (although less frequently). There are many reasons why we can have problems with the cartridges, but sometimes it is a defect in the cartridge chip. We will never tell you that a supply will work for sure because we can't know without putting it in the printer; so it would be lying to you and is not part of our philosophy. But we can assure you that if this chip defect occurs with one of our consumables, the warranty will cover it and we will change that product. Ours has a very low failure rate; around 4% and two years warranty to cover factory defects.
Don't know what to do with the empty cartridge?
In the store you will find a container like this to leave empty containers of consumables. Cartridges, toner, matrix ribbons, etc... Ink and toner cartridges have been considered electrical and electronic waste (WEEE) since August 2018, so at the end of their useful life they must be subject to control and treatment obligations established in the D.R. 110/2015 that regulates this type of waste. Don't throw it in the trash at home, please!! If you do not want to bring it to the store, you can deposit it at the recycling point in your city, but it is important that it is recycled correctly.
3D design and printing service
Recently, we have added a new 3D printing and design service.
Send us your design in STL format, to print it and you can pick it up in the store or choose to have it sent to your home.
We can also design personalized pieces for you to give to that person you want to surprise.
We mainly work with PLA, PETG, FLEXIBLE and ABS.

We have paper:
_photographic in various weights
_for inkjet and laser printers in A4 of 80 and 90grs.; and in A3 of 80grs.
_Thermal for ticket printers.
The minimum number of pages to send home is 10 boxes. Each box contains five packages of 500 sheets.
Is the printer not working? Do not despair and contact us.
We have a maintenance service for our registered customers, with which once a year we can solve small problems with your printer for free. For the rest of the reviews, we will give you a no-obligation quote before doing anything. Sometimes you think there is no solution or that the printer has something more serious than it really is and you decide to throw it away to buy a new one. We advocate reusing and taking advantage of printers until the end. Why not give our beloved old printer a second chance if it still has something to offer? We will review it and give you a snapshot of the situation before making decisions. Jams, problems with your cartridges, poor quality, false error messages, etc.

To collect your orders you need your D.N.I. and the four-digit pin that they will send you from Celeritas by email or SMS.
To return a package, all you have to do is scan the barcode that the sellers will provide you with (Amazon, Zalando, etc.). As instructed by them, you can bring it on the phone or in print.
Once registered, we will give you a receipt to keep until the return process is completed correctly.
